Sssh.com pays $20 to $25 for all signups, or 50% to 60% of all sales and rebills. You may run both options in the same account by selecting the corresponding links in the webmaster area. Other sites in our portfolio pay different rates. See info in webmaster area after you sign up for complete details on other site payout structures.

We will send out checks monthly on the 15th for the previous month with a check minimum of $50. For anything under $50.00 per month we will carry that amount to the following pay period. All revenues will be disbursed in US Dollars. Payment commission is $20 for 1 to 99 signups per month. $25 for 100+ signups.

Any of the following will result in ALL of your accounts being terminated without pay :

Unsolicited SPAM will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to E-mail, Instant Messages, Chatrooms, Newsgroups, ICQ and IRC.

Mass-mailings are OK, under the following conditions:

Your list is double opted-in
An unsubscribe link is present and clearly visible

Promote or contain content of: Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography, any acts of violence, or any illegal activity. This includes meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML.

Attempt to mislead or defraud us in any way. Incorrect or incomplete account information. Hits or signup's generated as a requirement to enter or obtain access to goods or services on your (or someone else's) web site.

Any sort of mechanism or effort that falsely generates hits or signup's, including signup's by the webmaster.

Any individual found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement.

Any webmaster found to have cheated or defrauded any other sponsor. Sites hosted on non-adult free hosts that do not permit adult content. This includes (but is not limited to) MySpace, Geocities, Angelire, Tripod, Xoom, CJB.net, or Hypermart.

Any misrepresentation of our site(s), including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s).

If we receive any complaints of unsolicited e-mails sent by an affiliate or misconduct while representing Spicecash or any of it's affiliated sites, the affiliate's account will be terminated and payout will be withheld.

Exploitation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, instructing the member to signup and cancel is also not permitted in any way, shape or form.

Accounts that are terminated without pay will have a stop placed on all outstanding funds. We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Webmasters.

It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form (US residents and businesses only).

Upon termination of this Agreement you shall immediately cease using the Sssh and Associated Site names, our marks and remove all spicecash program banners from your site. Our files will prevail in determining amount of signup's. We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.
